The curse of a vampire... This is the curse that Hollow has to suffer. A vampire that has to feed off more than 8 bodies every few days. He has found ways to keep it at bay, but it doesn't come without harm to himself. This too has happened to Sabor thanks to the bite reacting differently to Sabor's man-made blood.
